Fintellect Intelligent Financial Services successfully organized a conference on Perspective on Rural Financial Planning in India: Opportunities and Challenges on 8 October 2025 at Galaxy Pavilion, Mirzapur. The objective of this conference was to initiate a meaningful dialogue on the opportunities and challenges in rural financial planning and to give a new direction to financial literacy in India’s heartland. The event commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp, where the dignitaries illuminated the lamp to the soothing tune of Asto Ma Sadgamay, symbolizing knowledge and progress. On this occasion, Ms. Shivangi Kesharwani, CFP®, Agency Head, and Ms. Komal Kesarwani, Senior Manager – Training, anchored the opening session, extended a warm welcome to the dignitaries, and presented the programme outline. Ms. Shruti Jaiswal, Designated Partner, Fintellect Intelligent Financial Services, delivered the opening remarks, elaborating on the purpose and key themes of the conference, and formally inaugurated the conference. Mr. Shiv Raj Singh, CFP®, Designated Partner & Principal Officer, shared his insightful views on Perspective on Rural Financial Planning: Opportunities and Challenges. He made the entire session highly engaging and interactive through his dynamic communication with the audience. He also presented some small, but significant financial facts through a visual quiz, which brought a sense of excitement and active participation in the audience. Following this, Ms. Nima Gupta, CFP®, Senior Investment & Portfolio Manager, shed light on Portfolio Construction and Management — The Most Vital Elements of Financial Planning. The Chief Guest, Mr. Anurag Nigam, National Manager – Business Development, FPSB India, in his address, emphasized that Financial Planning is for Everyone, highlighting the importance of making financial planning accessible to every individual in society. Ms. Ratika Agarwal, Head – Learning & Development, anchored the Award Ceremony with great enthusiasm and energy. On this occasion, Fintellect Intelligent Financial Services introduced two distinguished awards for the first time — * Rural Financial Planner of the Year 2025 was conferred upon Mr. Bhuneshwar Nath Singh for his exemplary contribution to spreading financial awareness in rural regions. * Rural Financial Planning Strategist of the Year 2025 was awarded to Mr. Rakesh Kumar Roshan for his outstanding work in developing strategic financial planning models for rural India. These recognitions filled the atmosphere with pride and applause, celebrating the achievements of the awardees. Adding to the spirit of togetherness, Ms. Nandita Omar, Equity Research Analyst, and Mr. Maitreya, Intern – Equity Research, extended heartfelt gratitude to all the dignitaries and participants.
